Visiting RN: (Part-Time)

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
2. Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
3. Experience in home health care or public health nursing preferred but not required.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills required.
5. Good leadership skills required.

• Associate's (ADN) with 2 years nursing experience or Bachelor's RN (BSN-RN) with 1 year nursing experience

• RN license (up-to-date)
• Driver's License
• Social Security Card
• CPR Card

Director of Nursing (Full-Time):

1. Licensed Registered Nurse in the State.
2. Three to five years of experience in health care/home care, preferred.
3. Two years experience in a supervisory position, preferred.
4. Knowledge and ability to apply community health principles and practices.
5. Knowledge of Agency policies and procedures.
6. Able to mentor and direct a team of healthcare professionals.
7. Ability of work with individuals.
8. Ability to exercise independent judgment.
9. Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress.
